She was immediately welcoming. We explained our situation to her and she did not push us to use her as an agent. We went to several open houses that day and no one else felt as welcoming or knowledgeable. We decided to use Charlene and the next week she began taking us to see houses. Charlene was responsive and patient as we explained the type of house we were looking for. Originally we wanted a house that was 100% move-in ready, but after seeing a house we really liked, but was too small, she suggested a home in our dream area that was a bit of a fixer-upper. We walked into the home and saw all of the potential and fell in love. Charlene helped us negotiate a price and was amazing every step of the way. She was a great agent and we are so happy that we ran into her at that first open house. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new home."
